Delivery terms

Delivery terms of our webshop:

- All products are sold through retailers
- From our warehouse in Kuopio

In case of returning products, please always be agreed with Mercatus Ltd:

- The buyer is obliged to inspect the products before handling
- Declaration must be done in 8 days from of receiving the order
- Returning must be done in 14 days receiving the products
- Return salable products in the original packaging
- We do not refund products wich are already printed or embroidered,
  or if the products are injured some how during the return
- Returner is responsible for freight costs

Payment terms:

- According to agreement
- Interest on late payment is 18%
- We charge 6 euros for reminding make a payment
